Welcome to Two Brothers Lawncare. By booking services with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.

1. Services Provided

Two Brothers Lawncare offers the following services:

Lawn care and maintenance
Weed removal and control
Junk and debris removal
Lawn seeding and reseeding
Other related outdoor services as agreed upon

All services are provided based on the scope outlined at the time of booking or in a written estimate.

2. Scheduling & Access

Customers must provide clear access to the service area on the scheduled date.
If access is blocked or delayed beyond 15 minutes of arrival, a service rescheduling fee may apply.
Weather or safety concerns may cause delays or rescheduling at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, card, or digital payment methods.
Late payments may incur a 5% fee after 7 days.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Same-day cancellations may result in a $25 cancellation fee.

5. Service Limitations

We do not remove hazardous waste or materials unless explicitly agreed upon.
Lawn growth results from seeding are not guaranteed and depend on soil conditions, watering, and external factors.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Keep pets and children away from work areas during service.
Ensure debris, toys, or other items are removed from the lawn area prior to service.
Watering, fertilizing, and general care are the customer’s responsibility unless contracted separately.

7. Liability

Two Brothers Lawncare is fully insured. However, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to property or landscaping
Damage caused by hidden objects in grass (e.g., rocks, cables)
Delays due to weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable events

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 48 hours. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

9. Modifications

These Terms may be updated at any time without notice. The latest version will always be available upon request or posted on our website (if applicable).
